Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup is included with every order. The only additional fee you may incur would be a travel fee. This fee is to pay for additional driving expenses for us to make it to your venue. We are based in Saraland, so the farther away we go, the higher the travel fee will be. See below for our travel fees for cities and zip codes.
Our current market is Greater Mobile. We are offering some delivery to other farther cities that do not have an inflatable company option such as Atmore and Lucedale. Check out our Delivery Info page for more information on delivery rates.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. On occasion, we have needed to setup the night before. If this is the case, you are not charged to overnight fee. Consider it a free upgrade!
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Spartan Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental. Our units are currently brand new and we are trying to keep them in the best shape as we can. As you are signing paperwork, you will often see another employee wiping down the inflatable to ensure it is perfect.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the jump will deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 75 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We love setting up at parks, but some parks do not have electricity. Check to see if there is an electrical outlet at the location. If there is not, contact us and we will see about getting you a generator.
We accept cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
We do not accept personal checks. We only accept checks from a business, church, school, or organization.

Send us a email and we will go from there.
Yes. All orders require a 25% credit card deposit. If you cancel your order up to 2 days prior to your rental date, you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. If you cancel the day before or the day of your event, you will forfeit the complete amount paid. If we have weather issues that day, we can move the date. We will need to make the decision to change the date the day before the event, no earlier or later.
Most of our bounce houses are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked into the ground and enough room for the blower. They can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes, etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We want to avoid this situation for your sake and ours. This is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules, so you can be the trained operator.
